This post is dedicated to Peyton Bullard, for receiving her acceptance letter from Clemson yesterday! I'm excited about rooming with you next year and making tons of memories that we can blog about. :)
Well, just some updates.
★ The B-dogs are still in the playoffs for basketball, aka I won't be attending Winterjam for the second year. It was pretty sweet last year, because we WON STATE, but I seem slightly less motivated this year. At the same time, though, as much as I truly want basketball season to be over, when I'm at the game, it is impossible to wish a loss upon our boys. It's such a struggle.
★ Tonight, when I was talking to Daniel Kuzbary on the phone, he said something which required a "just kidding" and after I didn't really respond, he said "I wish I was there to console you, but I just patted the phone like I would pat your head." That amused me.
★ Also, I've really been loving cookie dough lately- thanks, Bekah Austin. I know you're reading. ;) See, we have some of those ready-to-bake cookies at my house, and who wouldn't think to themselves, "Look at that conveniently bite-size portion of chocolate chip goodness?" You don't even need a knife to cut off a piece. It's practically fate, except that I don't believe in that..
★ Lastly, there's this thing called Superintendent's Student Cabinet meeting: basically class presidents from each school get together, chat, and eat pizza with Dr. Morgan. This man is such an artist with words, commonly calling a sticky situation a bear- i.e., "Morning traffic at LE is such a BEAR!"- or creating new ways to express individuality: "whatever flips your pancakes." So, basically, I come to these meetings expecting to hear a new phrase, and while it wasn't so unique, today he informed us that our next meeting was "sure to thrill us beyond all rational comprehension." I love sarcasm.

Romans 3:22-24
This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.
I am SO honored to have my name and cookie dough in the SAME sentence...I think a tear just slipped out
